NEW TITANIC STORIES FILM ONLINE

Friday's shoot at Rayanne House was great. All 9 courses put together by the Chef, Conor McClelland, looked delicious and the guests had a super time. Editing it together now. Will be a really interesting piece.

A TITANIC-SIZED MENU

I'm heading to the wonderful Rayanne House in Holywood this evening to film the 9 course dinner served to the first class passengers on the night the Titanic sank. Chef Conor McClelland will be dishing up the exquisite dinner to ten invited guests, with courses that include pan-seared filet Mignon topped with foie gras and truffle drizzled with cognac.

A TITANIC-SIZED MENU

The final film will appear on Tourism Ireland's website, the-titanic.com, in the coming weeks. I will post the link here when it is finally uploaded.
