A TITANIC-SIZED MENU

I'm heading to the wonderful Rayanne House in Holywood this evening to film the 9 course dinner served to the first class passengers on the night the Titanic sank. Chef Conor McClelland will be dishing up the exquisite dinner to ten invited guests, with courses that include pan-seared filet Mignon topped with foie gras and truffle drizzled with cognac.
