ECHOES

So this year has been extremely busy. We have been in production with a new Sci Fi short film, ECHOES. It stars Nigel O'Neill, Antony Acheampong and Katie Goldfinch. Written once again by Aaron Gray and Paul Skillen, Produced by Louise Gallagher and the DOP was Mark McCauley. The shoot was in early september 2017 and we are now nearing the final stages of post production. It should be hitting festivals from early 2018. More updates to follow.

EXPOSURE (2013) SHORT FILM

Now that The Way Back is finished and currently being entered to festivals I thought it would be a good time to share a short film I directed 3 years ago.

Exposure was produced by ANTIHERO PRODUCTIONS and written by The Way Back's Paul Skillen and Aaron Gray.

It's a Faustian tale of a man who makes a deal with the devil without realizing the true cost of what he has agreed to. Some times too much focus can be dangerous

THE WAY BACK IS FINISHED.

So it is the middle of January 2016 and The Way Back has finally been completed.

THE WAY BACK IS FINISHED.

This was quite a long process as the shoot was in May 2015 but due to the amount of visual effects and grading that were planned I suppose it was only to be expected. We are delighted with the finished film and look forward to unleashing it worldwide in the festival circuit in 2016.

Keep an eye on the page for screening dates near you.

THE WAY BACK - PRODUCTION UPDATE 30TH APRIL

THE WAY BACK PRE-PRODUCTION UPDATE

It's been a busy few weeks - Having seen a few television programmes i worked on go to air, Ireland's Great War (BBC 1ni) and Digging For Britain (BBC FOUR) plus locking down locations for The Way Back short film. We have now had our second draft of the script and everything is coming together brilliantly. The past week has seen us viewing potential shooting locations in and around the Belfast area and we have found some gems. Casting is also well underway, although an audition day is now in the works to select a few of the smaller key roles. We have also selected May as our shooting date so it will be all hands to the wheel between now and then. The excitment is starting to build.

Plus we have launched a facebook page to keep the updates coming https://www.facebook.com/TheWayBackshort

Another fantastically twisted script from Paul Skillen and Aaron Gray (Exposure, 6 Feet Under) is ready to shoot.
